| Urban and rural community governance is the key to social development. In urban community governance, the environmental governance of demolition and resettlement community has always been a thorny problem. With the continuous development of the localization of social work, the advantages of specialization and professionalization of social work are highlighted, and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council emphasized in the Opinions on Strengthening and Perfecting Urban and Rural Community Governance. It is necessary to strengthen the provision of professional social work services to community residents. It can be seen that social work has become an indispensable way to participate in community governance of demolition and resettlement.Due to the influence of economic income level, education level and public moral quality, the residents of the demolition and resettlement community have not yet formed a sense of belonging and identity to the community. There are bad lifestyles and habits such as random parking of private cars, encroachment on green belts, destruction of public entertainment facilities and littering, which are all manifestations of residents’ lack of awareness of environmental community. From the professional perspective of social work,in order to cultivate the awareness of environmental community of residents in demolition and resettlement communities,we should not only rely on a single government administration.More importantly, social workers cooperate with the community, social organizations and community residents to participate actively. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the intervention of social work in the cultivation of environmental community consciousness of residents in demolition and resettlement communities. In this study,X community in Chengdu is selected as the research object, and the professional methods and skills of social work are used to enhance the sense of belonging and identity of residents to the community, stimulate the collective action ability of residents, and awaken the awareness of environmental protection of residents,so as to gradually achieve the goal of cultivating the awareness of environmental community of community residents.First,Through field visits and questionnaires, the environmental problems of X community are analyzed, including the destruction of the green belt, the dirty and disorderly garbage collection place and the dirty and disorderly entrance hall of the building, etc. At the same time, the current situation of residents’ awareness of environmental community is analyzed from the aspects of residents’ enthusiasm to participate in public affairs, residents’ sense of belonging to the community and the management of property companies.Secondly,This study adopts the method of group work, guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, collective action theory and ecosystem theory, constantly cultivates the sense of love and belonging of group members in seven interlocking and progressive group activities, and constantly excavates the collective action ability and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation of group members.Continuously guide group members to establish correct environmental awareness,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating group members’ awareness of environmental community. Finally,a combination of process evaluation and outcome evaluation is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the group’s activities. The results show that the goal of cultivating group members’ awareness of environmental community is basically achieved through the professional intervention of social work. Finally, according to the actual development of group activities, this study reflects on the development of group activities, the enthusiasm of residents to participate, and the information acquisition of residents. At the same time,This study puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the training of social work professionals, cultivating the backbone of residents, broadening the channels of publicity and tapping the collective wisdom of residents. |
