Research On Community Camp Involving Community Social Work In Resettlement Communities

With the advancement of urbanization,resettlement community,as a specific product,has increasingly become the focus of academic circles.Villagers are transformed into residents because of their household registration status;Living environment;Lifestyle;Cultural environment;Great changes have taken place in management mode.Therefore,the lack of residents' sense of identity,the difficulty in community integration,low awareness of participation in community affairs have also emerged.In order to promote the resettlement community residents to better and faster integrate into the city and build a harmonious community,the government has promoted and implemented a series of positive policies.Of this study is subject to your typical resettlement community tree-lined DE county as an example,the advantages of perspective theory and regional development model under the guidance of using stratified sampling method to select sample,and through the interview method,questionnaire survey and community social work methods of collecting relevant data,the overall analysis of tree-lined community community building practice situation,determined to beautify the environment,community self-organization cultivation,community participation consciousness promoted to the topic of the research community to build,and connecting with the community to build the localization method,explore and resettlement community community build path.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the status of community social work involvement in community construction at home and abroad.The second part is the analysis of the practice of the construction of L Community.The author elaborates from four aspects: the overview of the situation,the present situation of the construction,the analysis of the problems and the causes of the problems.The third part is the practice of community construction in L Community.Through the intervention of four stages,namely,walking into the community,mobilizing the community,building the community and consolidating the community,the awareness and ability of community residents to participate in public affairs in the community have been gradually improved.The fourth part is the evaluation of community social work intervention in community building and reflection,through the evaluation found that residents' participation and satisfaction improved,tree-lined community community to build the preliminary results,at the same time in this study lead author: some reflection to promote community residents to participate in community public affairs,to establish a community project director,cultivate professional talent team,etc.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the study,aiming at the shortcomings and problems of this study put forward further prospects.
