Residents Of Demolition And Resettlement Communities Participate In Community Governance Research

Community is the basic unit of society,community governance can promote the development of community,promote the construction of a harmonious society,has a very important impact on the community and even the whole society.In community governance,residents are not only the object of governance,but also one of the subjects of governance.Therefore,orderly participation of residents is an important guarantee for community governance to achieve good results.However,the community governance with the neighborhood committee as the main body has many problems in practice,which has a bad influence on the community governance.How to improve the effectiveness of community governance and let residents take the initiative to participate in community affairs is a work that the government has paid particular attention to in recent years,and it is also the direction that all communities continue to explore and practice.Social workers use social work professional theories and methods to intervene in community governance,which can improve the subjectivity of residents’ participation.First of all,this paper introduces the background,research significance,research status,research ideas and methods.Secondly,this paper defines the concept of resettlement community,residents’ participation and community governance,and expounds the theoretical basis of advantages and empowerment.Thirdly,this paper introduces the situation of J community and residents’ participation in community governance.Then,this paper analyzes the specific causes of related problems.Then,this paper expounds the practice process of social work’s involvement in the demolition and resettlement community residents’ participation in community governance in order of time.Finally,this paper evaluates and reflects on the involvement of social work in the demolition of residential residents in community governance.The research on J community governance found that: the community takes the neighborhood committee as the governing body,and there are several problems in the governance process,including: the neighborhood relationship is not close;Passive participation of residents in community governance;Lack of residents’ participation behavior;The effect of community governance is not good.The main reasons are: the function of grassroots Party building has not been maximized;Lack of good communication between communities and residents;Residents’ satisfaction with the community is not high;The development of community self-organization is slow.This article is guided by the party construction.As an example,the project of co-governance of neighbors,under the guidance of advantage perspective and empowerment theory,uses community work method to intervene in the demolition and resettlement community residents to participate in community governance.Social work involved in the practice includes: the establishment of community party members contact network,close the distance between party members and residents,to achieve full coverage of party-mass relations;The establishment of community owners committee,regular meetings,implementation and promotion of residents’ autonomy resolution;Cultivate and develop residents’ organizations,assist residents’ organizations to carry out activities and expand their scope of influence;Residents are encouraged to design their own projects to solve community problems.Finally,from the aspects of intervention scheme,results and process,the author evaluates the involvement of social work in residents’ participation in community governance,and draws professional reflection:establishing a good professional relationship with service objects;Gain the trust of residents through community activities;Effective coordination and communication between multiple subjects;Promote the integration of community resources;Attract young residents to participate in community governance activities;Give play to the function of grassroots party organizations in community governance.
