| Based on my work experience in the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Y County,from the perspective of social work services,the author took the market supervision and law enforcement personnel of Y County as the research object,and the professional pressure faced by the grass-roots market supervision and law enforcement personnel as the research entry point.Through combing the literature,questionnaire survey and interview,the author learned that there is certain occupational pressure among the grass-roots market supervision and law enforcement personnel.However,under the stimulation of pressure for a long time,it will lead to their tension,anxiety,tiredness and other problems,which will seriously affect their work status.The author,aiming to reduce occupational stress,amalgamates the advantage perspective theory,cognitive behavior theory and other theoretical counsel.The team work method is employed to address the issues and requirements of the grass-roots market supervision and law enforcement personnel,fostering the right professional understanding of them,and aiding them in perceiving themselves from a different angle.superiority,enhance the confidence to overcome the pressure,and The author,taking into account the deficiencies of the intervention process,proposes some sensible solutions to effectively alleviate the tension.such as strengthening vocational training and psychological counseling,and paying attention to reducing the burden,which provides a new research idea for better alleviating occupational stress. |
