Study On Sase Social Work Methods To Relieve Occupational Stress Of Police Officers

In our social life,we always cannot leave a group,that is,the police officers.As a national machine to maintain social and public security and punish criminals and behaviors,these groups are always running at a high speed.Because of the particularity of this kind of occupation,this kind of employees always suffer from great work pressure,which is a high risk and high pressure occupation in every sense.Especially in the deep development period of the current social transformation,various social contradictions emerge in an endless and increasingly complex way,which further tests the working ability and effectiveness of the public security police officers.Therefore,high strength,high pressure,high dangerous profession particularity makes more and more to the physical and mental health of the public security police officers damaged,will not only reduce the work efficiency and cause family conflicts,induce a variety of diseases,moreover also can damage the public security police officers in front of the public good image,but brings to the social public security hidden trouble.Therefore,it is of great significance to take necessary measures to intervene the occupational pressure of police officers.This article was based on the above background,the author from their own professional background,combined with their own work advantage,adopt questionnaire survey method of B,in a line of police officers present situation investigation,fully understand the city public security police occupational stress status,B B,to explore the cause of the public security police occupational stress and dominance.On this basis,a subject with moderate stress was selected from the anti-terrorism and special police units of the Public Security Bureau of B as the research object,in an effort to help him relieve the occupational pressure,recover his health and carry out his work effectively through the casework method.In the process of research,the author found through the case study that the occupational pressure caused by the individual level,the organizational management level and the work level of the client mainly exists,which imperceptibly damages the client’s health,family harmony and work efficiency.Therefore,under the guidance of the method of casework,this paper carried out intervention services for the client,and successively helped the client relieve the occupational pressure through five service activities,and helped him to achieve the ultimate goal of helping others to help themselves.
