| With the deepening of the policies of cutting taxes and fees in recent years and the reform of the tax collection and administrations system in 2018,the work contents,tasks,intensity and pace of work of the staff of the tax department,especially for the window staff,have increased significantly,making the window staff under tremendous work pressure.To a certain extent,it has brought emotional burnout,anxious and so on,which not only affects their physical and mental health,but also affects the image of the window civil servants,and even the image of the state tax revenue and the government.Based on the experience of working in the A tax hall in Beijing,from the perspective of social work service,and taking the tax officers at the grass-roots level in the window of the A tax hall as the research subject,this paper takes the occupational pressure faced by the window staff as the research point.Long-term stress distress,resulting in nervous,anxiety,tired of work,trying to quit and other problems,seriously affected their working states,and aggravated the contradiction between recruitment and acceptance.Under the guidance of rational emotion theory,demand hierarchy theory,social support network theory,advantage perspective theory,comprehensively use case work,group work professional methods to cultivate the correct career concept of window tax officers,develop career planning guidance,and help window tax officers to look at themselves from strength perspective,which can enhance their confidence toagainst stress,effectively relieve tension.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of the intervention process,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions,such as strengthening training and psychological counseling,paying attention to reducing burden and relieving pressure,strengthening propaganda,and so on,which provides a new research idea for better relieving the professional pressure of tax officers at the grass-roots level in windows. |
