| With the continuous reform of institutional system and the increase of public administration in recent years,many administrative units choose to recruit external personnel as a common way to quickly fill the personnel gap.The number of external personnel participating in administrative management is increasing day by day,and it is gradually showing a low age.Most scholars tend to study the occupational adaptability and career planning of the unemployed and regular employees,but pay little attention to the group of external employees.External employees will also face occupational problems of generalization and specialization in their posts.Their emotions will not be released for a long time and problems in their jobs will not be properly solved,so they will gradually develop psychological emotions of pessimism and self-denial.The current job satisfaction is not high,lazy to live,lack of ability to change and action,occupational stress gradually strengthened,and even seriously affect the external staff’s health and work life.Taking the external employees of tax authorities in G District of Daqing City as the research object,this paper takes the problem of occupational stress faced by the external employees as the research entry point,and explores the main reasons that affect the emotional anxiety,burnout and occupational stress of the external employees through literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods.In maslow’s hierarchy of needs,social support network theory,advantage theory under the guidance of,and demand for external personnel problems,the integrated use of team work and case work professional methods to help outside personnel to correct understanding occupational stress,establish a correct concept of career,career planning,assist external personnel to discover its advantages and potential,enhance their professional lost the confidence and the solution.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for administrative organs to strengthen professional training and psychological counseling,so as to provide new research ideas for alleviating the occupational stress of external staff. |
