In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s higher education, youngteachers in Colleges and universities teaching, scientific research has graduallybecome the main body, the number of young teachers has accounted for morethan half of the total number of teachers. In advancing the transformation of societyand the reform ofc higher education,the young teachers in Colleges anduniversities bear the pressure to survive competition between University,also enduregreat working pressure. These pressures will not only affect the young teachers’personal work efficiency and health of body and mind, also is closely linked withthe prosperity and development of the higher education in China, how to realizeand relieve the young teachers’ working pressure, it is particularly important.Firstly, this paper bases of the theoretical of the occupational stress, by using themethod of documentary, interviews with a combination of development, designs thecollege young teacher job stress scale, which include job security, teaching factors,scientific research factors, interpersonal relationship, work load factor, workinginterest factor and the life guarantee factor seven work pressure source. Themeasurement results show that, the young college teachers generally feel a strongwork pressure and produce the sub-health status of stress, the young teachers inColleges and universities because of differences in gender, age, education level,professional title, marital status, bear different feelings of the pressure of work.Someof the results with previous other groups working pressure research varies, show theparticularity of this group of young teachers. At the same time, the pressuremanagement of young teachers in Colleges and universities are more single, lackof stress and organizational coping ability, shall help and intervention.According to the sources of work pressure of young teachers in Colleges anduniversities,with group work method in the professional social work methods to tryfor the first time,this paper intervenes the work stress management of young teachers in Colleges and universities.Through group activities, members of the group (theyoung college teachers) to establish internal and external links resources supportsystem, guide them to a correct understanding of the work under pressure, andenhancing the ability of team members against the working pressure of the bodycaused by the disease. Through the evaluation of group work, that group work methodis of great significance to alleviate the high working pressure, improvingeducators compressive ability, also has a significant effect on the solution of theyoung college teachers group work stress problem.This paper is a social worker for the first time outside of research in the field willbe extended to the young teachers in Colleges and universities of the traditional socialwork object group. In the fast pace of modern social work, civil servants, businessmanagement personnel, intellectuals groups because of its commitment to the socialexpectations high, and the public for its plight of attention is not enough, to become"recessive vulnerable groups". Similar groups tend to "high IQ, highly educated,strong expression ability, a strong desire to communicate", homogeneity is quiteserious. This paper is an attempt to apply methods of social work intervention"recessive vulnerable groups" problem. The research results show that, with gooddevelopment space related social problems of social work methods in solving modernsocial background "recessive vulnerable groups", is the maintenance of thetransformation period of our country social stability in a new way.At the same time, this paper found that the complexity of work pressure of youngteachers in Colleges and universities, and put forward the relevant countermeasuresand suggestions from three aspects of government, universities, young teachers:quantitative evaluation system reform of higher education, increase the investment ofhigher education level; the establishment of the young teachers working pressureproblem, solve early warning mechanism, the establishment of organizational identityfor young teachers, work pressure and maintain proper intensity; the correctunderstanding of the pressure of work, continue to strengthen their own learning,using the appropriate method of reducing stress feeling. From the perspective of socialwork practice, discusses the new media tools to use,"recessive vulnerable groups" working pressure and social work intervention, three aspects of social workers such asthe importance of the problem of link resources.
