Since the reform and opening up,the society has developed rapidly,the urbanization process has accelerated,and the people's life rhythm has accelerated.Along with it is the continuous improvement of people's pressure levels.Enterprises are also facing increasing competition pressure,and some serious social problems are emerging one after another.The most prominent one is the occupational pressure of employees.It is necessary for the social work intervention of employees to adjust the relationship between employees and enterprises within the enterprise,provide appropriate services for employees,relieve the stress level during the period,make full use of their potential,improve work efficiency,and achieve professional achievements.This study was conducted in a foreign-invested enterprise in Tianjin.Through the observation and interview research,the current situation of pressure on Chinese employees in foreign-funded enterprises and its influencing factors were collected.Questionnaires and structured interviews were used to collect data from the current economic situation,work status,and interpersonal relationships.The current situation of the relationship and the status quo of stress experience surveyed 51 employees to understand the pressure characteristics and pressure sources and analyze the causes accordingly.The specific reasons for the pressure on employees in the three perspectives of individual,business and society.At the same time,using social work casework and group work methods to intervene in the occupational stress problems that employees have in their work.The group work by recruiting 10 volunteer group members to form a support group to enable group members to provide information,experience advice and emotional support to each other.The group members can actively participate in the activities in the group intervention and can achieve mutual support with other team members in theactivities.The team satisfaction is relatively high,which relieves the pressure and enriches the applicable mode of social work intervention.Use a case-by-case approach to engage an employee in the S company who has been on the job for a long time and is deeply troubled by work stress.From the client's own system,the family system,and the community system in which it is located,the client's difficulties and the resources around him are evaluated.To formulate an intervention plan including seven cases of psychological counseling for the client,to achieve the analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of the case,clear career planning,formulate stress relief measures,and professional stress psychological counseling goals.By guiding the case to look at occupational problems with positive emotions and enhance their interpersonal support to ease the occupational pressures they encounter.The specific content is to help the client to look at the bottleneck in his career from multiple angles and guide the client to think about society and the world from multiple angles.Guide the case master to use the positive and suitable characteristics to relieve stress,use their own strength to find their own channels of stress release.In the end,help the client adapt to the job.Social workers are not limited to the problem of occupational bottlenecks on the surface of the client.Instead,they begin to dig deeper into the sense of the lost work and life of the client,discover the problem of the spiritual level of the client,and carry out the relevant environment around the client.Evaluate and make full use of the favorable conditions of the client's psychology and its social support to serve the client.In the end,the case was helped to increase the level of adaptation to stress.In the reflection and summary,the two aspects of the effectiveness and deficiency of intervention are analyzed.According to the current situation of employee pressure and the specific conditions involved,the countermeasures are proposed from the individual and organizational levels.Although the social workers' intervention pressure is still limited,with the growth of the professional team and the deepening of the localization process,the research and intervention of social work on the mental health of the employees will bemore perfect.
