| With the improvement of the national economic level,people’s living standard has also improved.More and more people have an increasing demand for not only quality of life,but also health.However,occupational stress has gradually become an important factor affecting people’s health level.Previous news and studies have shown that doctor is a profession with high occupational stress.Recently,China has carried out a new medical reform with the focus on public hospitals.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in2019,medical resources are in short supply everywhere,and public hospitals are the main force in the anti epidemic battle.Therefor,doctors in public hospitals are facing increasing pressure.To understand the status of occupational stress among doctors in public hospitals and the factors that contribute to occupational stress,help doctors in public hospitals find appropriate ways to relieve their occupational stress,ensure their psychological and physical health,and restore their confidence in their careers.So doctors in public hospitals can better perform their duties in their posts and provide high-quality medical treatment to the people.The author’s internship location is a public hospital.Through the introduction of a teaching doctor during the long term contact.The author found that a doctor with high occupational pressure had affected his normal work and life.After preliminary contact and obtaining the doctor’s permission,the author decided to conduct case intervention on the doctor.This article use the psychosocial treatment model to provide services to the case owner.This study takes Doctor L from the S Hospital as the research object,and uses interview,questionnaire,and literature methods to explore and collect data.It uses direct and indirect treatment techniques of psychosocial treatment models to help clients vent their negative emotions,enhance their self-confidence,clarify their self-cognition,form reasonable expectations for their careers,make correct career planning,and find suitable ways to relieve stress.To self resolve when facing pressure in the future,and use the scale to conduct pre and post tests to discover the effectiveness of psychosocial treatment models on occupational stress issues for doctors in public hospitals.We found that the psychosocial treatment model has certain effectiveness in alleviating the occupational stress of doctors in public hospitals through evaluation.Finally,some suggestions are provide on the issue of occupational stress of doctors in public hospitals from the government,hospitals,society,social workers and doctors themselves. |
