He promulgation of the "Double reduction" policy makes education return to campus better.On the surface,it reduces the burden of "Students’ homework" and off-campus training,but from a more far-reaching perspective,it is necessary to follow the law of educational development,we will optimize and rectify the educational ecological environment so as to build a high-quality educational development system.The relevant documents about the after-school service in our country clearly indicate that when the primary and middle schools carry out the after-school service,they should pay attention to the all-round development of the students’ morality,intelligence,physical and aesthetic work,and follow the law of the development of the human body and mind,promote the healthy and happy growth of studentsPrimary school stage is an important development stage for teenagers to form sports cognition,sports concept and lifelong physical exercise behavior.Family sports,school sports and social sports are the main ways for teenagers to obtain physical education,and also the main forms to improve their physical health.This study is based on the delayed after-school service of primary school sports in Wenjiang District,Chengdu,and carries out in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation of "home-school-community" sports collaborative development,so as to effectively explore the factors and existing problems that restrict the "home-school-community" sports collaborative development,and combine the local actual situation to build an effective and feasible "home-school-community" sports collaborative development model to create a good atmosphere for sports collaborative development,Then improve the quality of school sports development,enhance the physical quality of students,and develop the awareness of lifelong physical training.This paper uses research methods such as literature,questionnaire,field survey,mathematical statistics,and comprehensive analysis to screen and dimension the model indicators in the process of model construction,and validates the model by using confirmatory factor analysis in AOMS version 24.0 to ensure the reliability and practicability of the model.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:From the perspective of structure,school sports,family sports and social sports play an important role in the development of students’ physical health and quality.And from the data results obtained,it is found that the factor contribution rates of the three factors to student sports are all positive,which indicates that the three factors play a positive role in the development of student sports health quality.According to the size of the contribution rates,they are school sports(0.69)>family sports(0.53)>social sports(0.38).From the analysis of constituent elements,the contribution rate is ranked from large to small: in terms of the constituent elements of school physical education,the largest contribution rate is teachers’ own ability(0.89),followed by material resources(0.88),school policy(0.81),organizational management(0.77),and school leadership support(0.69);The largest contribution rate of family sports components is self-accompanying(0.87),followed by economic support(0.76),and finally sports attitude(0.63).The components of social sports are organization and management(0.78),sports co-education cognition(0.75),and sports delayed attitude(0.71).The largest contribution rate of students’ sports components is sports participation(0.91),followed by teacher support(0.87),parent support(0.86),demand satisfaction(0.85),and final schedule(0.83).Through the correlation analysis of school sports,family sports and social sports,there is a positive correlation,which is: school sports and family sports(0.77),family sports and social sports(0.66),school sports and social sports(0.49).It shows that there are obvious complementary needs among the three to make up for their own shortcomings and deficiencies.The obstacles to the coordinated development of "family school community" sports include the following: the lack of sports resources in school sports,the mismatch between the form of sports organization and management,the low efficiency of the implementation of sports related policies,and the insufficient support of relevant departments;Leaders have weak awareness of sports,teachers have low enthusiasm to participate in sports,and lack of effective communication between schools,families and society.There are some problems in family sports,such as parents tend to the traditional "score only theory",fail to form a good family sports atmosphere,parents’ awareness of lifelong sports and their own physical exercise is not strong,lack of parent-child sports interaction and communication,and lack of support for children’s sports development.In social sports: sports publicity is low,sports stadiums and gymnasiums charge high fees,sports resources source is single,residents’ enthusiasm for sports participation is not high,the professional team of social sports instructors is not perfect,and most communities lack relevant sports activities and the organization of relevant sports events.Suggestion:In order to improve the quality and efficiency of after-school sports service,improve students’ health quality,and cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise.The coordinated development of "family school community" sports should follow the main position of school sports,and take family sports as the basis of development,supplemented by social sports.In view of the problems existing in school sports,first,according to the spirit of the policy documents,combined with the actual situation of the school,we should study the strategies suitable for the development of school sports according to local conditions;Second,improve the school sports rules and regulations,improve the school sports organization and management level,regularly organize physical education teachers to carry out training work,and strengthen the improvement of stadium ground equipment and safety and quality supervision;Third,create an environment for the coordinated development of cross-environment sports,make the development of school sports transparent,strengthen the effective communication between schools,families and society,encourage excellent sports resources outside schools to enter schools,diversify students’ sports choices,and improve the quality of sports services.In view of the problems existing in family sports,parents should: first,change the wrong concept of "valuing culture over sports",pay attention to the healthy development of students’ physical quality,and promote the formation of students’ good living habits;Second,improve their own sports awareness and daily physical fitness knowledge and methods,actively participate in physical exercise,cultivate lifelong physical exercise habits,and create a family physical exercise atmosphere;Third,stimulate students’ enthusiasm for sports participation,give some support to their sports interests and hobbies,actively participate in parent-child sports competitions,and increase parent-child interaction.(4)In view of the problems existing in social sports,first,improve community sports facilities,enhance community sports functions,enrich community sports activities and competitions,give full play to the advantages of the Internet,and expand the access of community residents to sports resources by combining offline and online ways.Second,encourage public sports venues and facilities of social organs,enterprises and institutions to open to the outside world,and improve the efficiency of the use of venues and facilities;Third,make overall plans,promote the construction of social sports related service system,strengthen the construction of professional team of social sports instructors,and provide professional fitness guidance for public fitness;Fourth,the government should strengthen the supervision of the development of school sports and encourage schools to strengthen the construction of "one school,one product" according to their own characteristics;Fifth,increase the support of special funds for school sports,purchase sports resources funded by the government,protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers participating in sports services,and enhance the enthusiasm of teachers participating in sports services.
