After-school sports extended service refers to a physical education activity that meets the diverse needs of students in the compulsory education stage under the background of "double reduction",with schools as the main position,supplemented by resources inside and outside the school,and based on the principle of voluntary participation,which is conducive to reducing students’ academic burden,improving childhood obesity and overweight,and helping parents solve the problem of difficulty in picking up and dropping off on time.However,its survey found that each school’s after-school sports delay service model has its own characteristics and is different,and the good and bad of the model directly affect the effect of after-school sports delayed service,which shows that choosing an appropriate after-school sports delayed service model is an important link that cannot be ignored.Therefore,this study uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods to investigate and analyze the status quo and model of after-school sports delayed service in 20 primary schools in Hangzhou by random sampling,summarize the model characteristics and existing problems of after-school sports delayed service,and then select a feasible path,and conclude as follows:First,the literature related to after-school sports delayed service in primary schools is sorted out,and the development process of after-school sports delayed service in primary schools is divided into embryonic stage,exploration stage,growth stage and development stage.Second,the after-school sports delayed service model of primary schools in Hangzhou is summarized,and it is concluded that there are currently school self-service models,coach signing models,school-community cooperation models,and college assistance models in primary schools in Hangzhou.Third,the characteristics and problems of after-school sports delayed service mode are analyzed,and it is found that its management,fees,teachers,content,organizational form,effect and other aspects have the same characteristics.However,it is also found that there are certain problems in the model,such as limited venue equipment,lack of guarantee of activity safety,difficulty in implementing small class teaching,excessive burden on teachers in school,insufficient capacity of external teachers,and ineffective supervision and evaluation.Fourth,in view of the above-mentioned problems in the after-school sports delayed service model of Hangzhou primary schools,an effective path is proposed against the background of the "double reduction" policy: innovate the "education model",improve resource utilization,and coordinate school-community linkage;Standardize the "Education Guidelines" and formulate safety measures to ensure the safety of students;Update the "education method",increase capital investment,and broaden the source channels;Clarify the "relationship between education and education",draw a clear boundary between rights and responsibilities,and optimize the assessment system;Improve the "level of education",build a teacher system,and create a shared platform;Purify the "education environment",improve the supervision mechanism,and improve the evaluation system. |
