Research On The Guarantee Of After-School Delayed Sports Service In Guangzhou City Under The Policy Of "Double Reduction"

The policy of "double reduction" aims at protecting the health rights and interests of primary school students and focuses on their physical and mental health.After-school service is an important link to promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,and it is a benefit project focusing on parents’ difficulty in picking up and dropping off students.As an important part of after-school service,Guangzhou,as a pilot city to promote the implementation of "double reduction" work,Therefore,improving the guarantee system of after-school sports service is a strong starting point to implement the "double reduction" policy,and also a key step to implement after-school services.At present,the guarantee system of after-school delayed sports service in primary schools is still in the preliminary exploration stage.Guangzhou,as a pilot city to promote the implementation of "double reduction" work,shoulders the important mission of exploring the healthy growth experience of primary school students.Taking the after-school delayed sports service offered by 15 primary schools in Guangzhou,including Tianyu Primary School in Huangpu District,Huajing Primary School in Tianhe District,Changgang East Road Primary School in Haizhu District,Kaiyuan Primary School in Huangpu District,and Nansha Primary School in Nansha District,as examples,this paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire interview,data analysis and other research methods to explore the guarantee status and existing problems of after-school delayed sports service in Guangzhou primary schools.In order to promote the smooth implementation of the "double reduction" policy,it provides practical cases for the development of after-school sports services in Guangzhou and other areas.Taking the guarantee of after-school delayed sports services in primary schools in Guangzhou under the "double reduction" policy as the research object,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Guangzhou primary schools actively respond to the call of the national "double reduction" policy,and the overall status of after-school delayed sports services is better,which basically solves the difficulty of parents’ pick-up and drop-off,but the guarantee of after-school delayed sports services is still in the preliminary exploration stage,there is no implementation criteria for unified planning,and the guarantee of teachers and funds needs to be strengthened.(2)The "pilot city" Guangzhou Primary School has accumulated a lot of experience in the guarantee of after-school delayed sports services,showing the diversification of supply subjects and innovative service models;Enrich the cultural life of the campus and encourage the active participation of internal and external forces;Parents have a strong sense of health and a common feature of the change in educational concepts.(3)Under the "double reduction" policy,Guangzhou primary school after-school delayed sports services have not established a perfect guarantee system,and the level of protection in terms of policies and regulations,teachers,funding and venue facilities still needs to be improved,and the evaluation and supervision mechanisms are empty,which fails to make the after-school delayed sports services better and steadily advance in the primary school guarantee service work.Suggestions for improving the after-school delayed sports service guarantee system for primary schools in Guangzhou:(1)In order to further improve the guarantee level of after-school delayed sports services,schools should clarify the division of rights and responsibilities,actively implement the "flexible commuting" system,relieve the work pressure of physical education teachers,and improve the enthusiasm of physical education teachers in schools for after-school delayed sports services.Integrate and optimize fundraising channels,improve the incentive system for teachers,and reduce the financial burden of parents,so as to effectively promote the development of after-school delayed sports services in primary schools.(2)On the basis of the existing experience of after-school delayed sports services in primary schools in Guangzhou,deeply explore the educational service capabilities of the "double reduction" policy,give full play to the leading role of pilot cities,strengthen the educational concept of after-school delayed sports services,combine local sports and cultural resources,select content that conforms to the development of school-based curriculum,and promote the integrated development of home-school-community development.At the same time,develop an information intelligence platform,strengthen the external exchange and mutual learning of after-school delayed sports service experience,and improve the supervision efficiency of after-school delayed sports service venues,teachers and quality in primary schools.(3)Optimizing the after-school delayed sports service guarantee system in primary schools can be started from the following aspects: improve policies and regulations to ensure the sustainable development of the service system;Improve the incentive mechanism and improve the level of teacher security;Expand funding channels to ensure the supply of funds;Strengthen the rational allocation of resources to ensure the safety of students’ lives;Develop an information intelligence platform to improve regulatory efficiency.
