Practical Research On Group Work Intervention In Community Integration Of The Elderly Migrants

With the rapid development of urbanization,the flow of population is also accelerating,and the number of elderly migrants will increase year by year.Community integration of the elderly migrants is an important realistic issue that is currently facing,and it has also attracted the attention of many different research fields.As the epitome of social life,the community is the important field of interaction between the elderly migrants and local residents,and the important field of migrating into the real estate.The J Community As a circular population gathering area,the integration of the elderly migrants is particularly prominent.Therefore,this paper takes a J community as an example,from the perspective of social integration,based on the two groups of the elderly migrants and local residents,through the questionnaire survey,observation,and interviews,the status of community integration of the elderly migrants will be detailed.Understand and analysis,discovering the problems of economic,cultural,social relations,psychology,community participation in the community integration of the elderly migrants,and analyzed the factors from the two levels of the elderly migrants and local residents.In order to promote the community integration of the elderly migrants,this study is based on social integration perspectives,under the guidance of the professional theory,practice model of social work and group working mode to improve its community integration.Testing the effectiveness of the group work intervention and reflect on the group activity,and finally put forward service improvement recommendations.
