In The next 10 to 20 years,our country’s urbanization will dramatically upgrade.In this process,There will be a large number of migrants entering the urban production and living,and will eventually transformed into urban residents in the process of interaction with the urban residents.A large number of migrants entering the city will give city dwellers’ living, social management system and public resources bring some pressure and distress,even may even cause serious social conflicts between migrants and natives.Therefore, the social integration of migrants have many obstacles.Thesis based on the level of urbanization of the sharp increase, the rapid growth of urban population mobility,the social integration of migrants has become a very serious situation.Paper use social integration migrants Chengdu Survey,From the group perspective,regard the social integration theory, structure and action theory as a guide,combining quantitative and qualitative research methods,using of exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis,variance analysis, interviews and other research methods,construct an index system on migrants social integration;Analysis of the situation and social integration of different groups;and Finally,analysis use regression analysis to analyze the impact of various factors.First of all,Paper applications exploratory factor analysis method on the basis of the reference of previous studies and make full use of survey data constructed the index system of social integration, including integration of social interaction, economic integration,integration and psychological perception fusion.On this basis,Thesis regard different standards of social integration scores as the dependent variable,examined the various differences between different groups converged.Finally,paper discussed Individual factors,Human capital,Liquidity factors,Home contact factors as well as Institutional factors on different levels of integration.The main findings of the paper are:(1)The level of social integration of migrants of Chengdu is low and internal differences,the degree of social integration as a whole with respect to the eastern city seem lower, showing a half into the semi-urbanized state.In addition,Chengdu migrants’ Psychological level of integration are higher than their perceived level of integration.This suggests us that integration at all levels of social integration is not a linear progression,Integration of different level can not simply use the order has to be summarized.There are complex interactions between them.(2)Judging from the characteristic groups,Vocational, vocational training have an significant positive impact for all levels of social integration integration.Chapter V of factors combined regression shows that Career and vocational training, mainly through economic integration affects their social integration.This again verifies the economic integration in the social integration of the fundamental role.This shows that the measures through skills training can effectively improve the situation of social integration of migrants.(3)Migrants’ Perception Fusion are more influenced by institutional factors.Having pension has an obvious effect to enhance the perception of the integration of migrants.Economic integration of migrants are mainly effected by individual factors and institutional factors.(4)Farming experience and the home land size have an significant impact on individual societies fusion. The no farmingexperience individuals’ degree of integration is significantly higher than the individuals who have farming experience.
