A Research On The Issue Of Social Work Intervention In The Community Integration Of The Elderly Migrant

With the continuous development of China’s modernization process,urban construction is getting better and better,which promotes the trend of rural population migration to the city.But their registered is still in the rural hometown,that is,with the elderly.With the increasing number of social development,these elderly people enter the city from rural areas and face many tests and difficulties.In the process of moving into the new urban community,these elderly people will inevitably suffer from many problems and social integration difficulties,which always affect the life of the elderly in the new community.In order to obtain effective research data and ensure the authenticity of the research,the author makes use of field interviews,questionnaires,participatory observation visits and other research methods.The author makes a thorough investigation on the living conditions and the shaping mechanism of the plight of the elderly in Hefei L community,In the process of inquiry,it is found that most of the elderly have poor psychological self-adjustment ability,relatively serious intergenerational conflict,low sense of participation and enthusiasm of participation and enthusiasm of community activities is not high,the kinship relationship and its social support are obviously insufficient.Finally,according to the activity theory method,the supporting theory,and through the concrete group method,constructs the new type of support group for the elderly,provides them with the opportunity of social and kinship communication,reconstructs the social relations network,strengthens their sense of identity and belonging to the community social culture,and promotes the social integration ability of the ancestors,and then improves the happiness and quality of life of the families.
