A Probe Into The Practice Of Group Work Involving The Comnumity Integration Of Migrants

Since the reform and opening up,with the unprecedented development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the barriers between urban and rural areas are also constantly broken,the social structure has also undergone dramatic changes,resulting in a large-scale population flow.More and more young people choose to leave their hometown to work and live in the city,and even some people choose to stay in the city.However,in order to be able to reunite with their children or help their children to take care of family affairs and take care of their grandchildren,these young people's parents or one of them will move into the city to live,thus becoming the old people who move with them.However,the current academic research on the floating population is more inclined to women,children and migrant workers,while the research on the integration of the elderly from the perspective of the community is rare.The old man who moved with him left his hometown for many years and came to live in the new environment with his children.He should have enjoyed his old age and the reunion,but he could not be well integrated into the community environment for various reasons.Therefore,as a social worker,we should learn more about the current situation of integration,the difficulties in life and the real needs of the elderly,and provide professional services for them to better integrate into the community environment and enjoy their old age.In order to understand the problem of community integration of the elderly,this paper takes the elderly in a community of Huangdao District of Qingdao as the research object,and takes the group dynamics principle and social support theory as the theoretical basis.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,the author uses questionnaire and interview to analyze the current integration status of the elderly from three aspects of cultural adaptation,interpersonal communication and psychological adaptation.At the same time,the author also makes statistical analysis of the collected data,and further finds that there are three main factors hindering the integration of the elderly into the community in community a of Huangdao District,Qingdao City,from the personal level From the perspective of family,the frequencyof communication between the elderly and their families needs to be improved,and there are great differences between the elderly and their families in terms of ideas and concepts.From the perspective of community,the degree of specialization of community services needs to be improved,and community organizations need to take care of the community Not enough.At the same time,the author also found that the following three aspects of the needs of the elderly: first,to enhance the needs of cultural adaptation.Second,broaden the needs of interpersonal communication.Third,the need to improve self-confidence.On this basis,the author uses group work theory to carry out six group activities.Then,the author evaluates the process and effect of group activities,reflects and summarizes the experience.Finally,in order to reduce the barriers for the elderly to integrate into the community,the author provides suggestions from three aspects.From the personal level,the elderly should be encouraged to change their original concept of life and integrate into the community life in a new way.The elderly should be encouraged to actively participate in community activities,find and cultivate their own interests and hobbies.From the family level,the elderly should be encouraged to have more children and more children People communicate with each other,give more support to the elderly in spirit,and encourage their children to create a warm family environment for the elderly.From the community level,comprehensively strengthen community construction,enrich community activities,expand the team of social workers and community volunteers,and increase community support.
