From "Alienation" To "Proximity":the Practice Of Promoting The Community Integration Of The Elderly Migrants

"The elder drifers" is produced with migrant workers into the city,"Old" shows that this group belongs to the category of social vulnerable groups,while "drift" reflects the instability of such groups.Community is a relatively stable space for this group,and is the important place for the old floating clan to fulfill its basic responsibility and mission,the integration of the community is the old drift began the first step in all activities.How to make the old drift better and faster integrate the community is the main content of this paper.As a profession of serving the grassroots,rooted in the grass-roots,the development of social work in ShenZhen is higher,it can and have the ability to help “drift” into the community through professional practice implementation.This paper,taking the 10 X community "old drift" as the research object,using the community observation and depth interview method to forecast and analyse the six major problems encountered by old drift in the process of community integration,such as low community identity,language communication barriers,narrow circle of friends,low activity participation rate,low self-efficacy,difficulties in obtaining medical benefits.To solve this series of problems and help the old drift to improve the existing dilemma.The author carried out through the four stages of the specific community activities and group activities,namely the tea party,free clinic services,Cantonese learning group,service volunteer service,aiming to solve integration dilemma,then follow up the community adaptation process,through the process of social work professional to achieve "old drift" with the community from the "alienation" to "close",from "passive" to "active".The study found that,through a series of in-depth community service activities,the author selected 10 old drift from the initial reluctance,rather than passive participation in community activities to actively devote their energy to community service,constantly improve their ability in the activity,eventually closer distance,become the community residents,into the community.But by the social work services in the community can only improve their own state,to make the old drift fully integrated into Shenzhen,need communities,families,government to work together.On this basis,the author suggested that play a role of family support for old floating clans community's integration,advocate community residents internalize "Shenzhen" concept,the government lay emphasis on propaganda education and implementation of floating population's welfare policy.
