With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,improving students’ comprehensive quality and cultivating students’ core quality is the main goal of implementing efficient classroom teaching.The proposal of guidance plan teaching just provides effective help for teachers’ guidance and students’ independent learning.Guided learning plan teaching can improve the efficiency of students in class and make students devote themselves to learning activities in class.By using the guide plan,students can clearly recall the content of class and provide an outline for students’ moral learning activities;Guided learning plan teaching makes teachers more clear about the choice of teaching methods,respect the differences of students and follow the rules of guided learning plan teaching;The research scope and content of guidance plan teaching is very extensive,so we need to continue to explore and dig out more functions of guidance plan teaching to adapt to the continuous reform of modern education and teaching so as to improve the quality of teaching.Starting from the meaning of the guide plan,this paper expounds the relevant characteristics of the design and application of the guide plan of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,and then defines the necessity of the design and application of the guide plan of moral and rule of law course in junior high school.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the relevant problems existing in the design and application of the guidance plan for moral and rule of law courses in junior high school,which are mainly manifested in four aspects,including the design and application of the guidance plan and the application of the problem of the design and application of the guide plan and the problem of the design and application of the guide plan are not standardized.Through analysis,it is concluded that these problems are caused by the following reasons,including the lack of understanding of the core concept of the new curriculum reform,the lack of innovation consciousness,and the lack of understanding of the importance of the design and application of the guide plan.In view of these problems and put forward the corresponding strategies to further strengthen students to develop good learning habits,improve the role of teachers and teaching behavior change and optimize the design and application of moral and rule of law course guide plan in junior high school.
