goal integration of the reality of the design research.The integration of teaching objectives plays a key role in promoting the integration of ideological and political courses.It is not only a basic project to promote the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools,but also an inevitable requirement for improving the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools.This paper precise positioning of junior middle school morality and the rule of law teaching goal design,sort out the characteristics of the integration of the horizon teaching goal design,clear integration under the basis and principles of the integration of moral and rule of law in middle school teaching goal design steps and strategies,and in the eighth grade second volume "fundamental political system" lesson as an example to specific interpretation,promote the integration of the horizon education course teaching goal of cohesion design.The full text is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical grasp of the design of morality and rule of law under the perspective of integration.The first is the definition of the basic concepts,including the integration horizon,the teaching objectives of junior middle school morality and law,and the teaching objectives of junior middle school morality and law under the integration perspective.Only on the basis of the clear basic concepts can we carry out the follow-up research work and accurately grasp the research content.Secondly,on the basis of the concept of definition,proposed integration view of the junior high school moral and the characteristics of law teaching goal design,under the integration horizon,junior high school moral and rule of law course teaching goal design and the characteristics of general teaching goal design,mainly presents the integrity,hierarchy,cohesion and collaborative characteristics.Finally,to carry out the value of the study implication,the integration horizon under the junior high school morality and rule of law teaching goal design research of science leading teachers’ teaching design,improve morality and the rule of law teaching quality,promote the integration of education courses,the full implementation of khalid ents fundamental task is of great significance.The second part is to discuss the basis and principle of the teaching objective design of morality and rule of law in junior high school under the integrated perspective.Theory comes from practice and also guides practice.As a systematic educational project,the integration construction of ideological and political theory courses in universities,primary and secondary schools follows certain scientific basis and design principles.Through analysis,the design of moral and legal teaching objectives in the integrated perspective should be based on the theoretical level,the policy level,the course standard level,the content of the textbook,and that of the overall coordination,spiral progression,student subject and operation,and provide basic principles for the construction of target design steps and strategies.The third part is the steps and strategies of the teaching objective design of morality and rule of law under the integrated perspective,which is also the key part of this paper.Based on the main basis and basic principles of the design of the teaching objectives under the integrated perspective,the design steps of the teaching objectives of morality and rule of law under the integrated perspective are analyzed,which should not only meet the requirements of the teaching objective design,but also reflect the convergence and progression of the teaching objectives under the integrated perspective.From the perspective of integration,the teaching objective design of morality and rule of law in junior high school mainly includes three links.First of all,the analysis logic of teaching objective design under the integrated perspective should be progressive step by step,and should follow the overall goal of the course--the learning section sub-specific goal--the target requirements of the new curriculum standard--the specific class hour target requirements of the textbook content.Grasp the overall goal of the course,follow the overall education requirements,grasp the requirements of the learning section,grasp the specific requirements of junior high school to build students’ ideological foundation.On this basis,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the core quality of the curriculum is clarified,and the design dimension of teaching objectives is defined.Through the systematic analysis of the teaching materials in the same learning section and the cohesive analysis of the teaching materials between different students,the knowledge content is identified,and the teaching objectives are classified according to the target classification theory.Secondly,focus on the middle and middle school sections,according to the objective statement theory,using the "ABCD" presentation mode,and through the comparative analysis of the middle section,determine the behavior subject,the verb,the behavior condition and the degree of the expected behavior.Finally,conduct the reflection and optimization of the design of the teaching objective,improve the objective presentation.
