Since the13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National PeopleCongress adopted a resolution on the popularization of legal knowledge among itscitizens, school became an important position in law publicity and education, and theprimary mission of the ideological and moral course assumes the popularity ofstudent knowledge of the law, to enhance students legal literacy. As a part of theteaching, work was played close attention by the domestic and internationaleducation experts and scholars a long time ago. It is an important activity, which canconsolidate what students have learned, and improve problem-solving skills in usingknowledge. It is also an important means of teacher’s reflecting on teaching activities.Designing, intercalating, completing and evaluating of classwork and homework cannot only feedback and test on the effectiveness of teaching availably, provideeffective information of improving the education, but also further understand thedifferences between students to facilitate individualized. It is a supplement ofclassroom teaching, and provides a stage for further exchanging of teachers andstudents.Therefore, the first part of this article stands on the design status of legaleducation work in ideological and moral course, and goes deep into the forefront ofeducation, derives the need to study the subject by analyzing the current problems.The second part discusses from the perspective of the importance of work design,highlights the important position that the ideological and moral lesson legaleducation work design takes in teaching, the popularization of legal knowledge andquality training. The third part describes the theoretical basis of work design anddesign principles, like Theory of Multiple Intelligences and so on, to pave the way forthinking about work design specific strategies. The fourth and fifth part of the article,author closely integrated materials resource and teaching requirements, elaboratesmoral education course in legal education work’s content and form design. This partalso explores a number of factors that affect students actual learning, in order toachieve the purpose which educating people by the school ideological and moral education in the legal system. Finally is the case analysis of ideological and morallessons. The author wants to provide certain theoretical guidance for those front-lineteachers.
