| In April 2016,the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Matters Related to the Use of Textbooks in Primary and Secondary Schools in 2016,stressing the need to change the phrase both "morality and rule of law" in the ideological and political textbook used in primary schools and the "ideological and political morality" used in junior high school into the term “morality and rule of law”.It is the first time to use the term "rule of law" in ideological and moral textbooks,which results in qualitative changes in the education of ideology and politics in primary and secondary schools.The rule of law will accompany the growth of primary and secondary school students.Under the background of China’s adherence to the rule of law,our country attaches continuous attention to the construction of society with rule of law.The moral and the rule of law class is the main field for students to learn legal knowledge.Instructional design is the presentation of teaching thoughts and the bridge between theoretical research and teaching practice,which embodies not only the comprehensive ability of a teacher,but also the concept of "student-oriented" in the new curriculum standards.The research on the design of legal knowledge teaching is helpful for teachers to combine the characteristics of the discipline.Through the analysis of teaching material content,curriculum standards and learning situation analysis,the studies establish teaching objectives,key points and difficult parts,formulate teaching strategies,and choose teaching and learning methods.With the methods of designing teaching activities,developing teaching evaluation methods,such as design process,students learn legal knowledge in the process of teaching to achieve twice the result with half the effort.Based on the new curriculum standard,the studies combining theory with practice propose the design of teaching of law knowledge in the course of morality and rule of law of junior high school(People’s Publishing House).The methods synthesize the design of guidance case and teaching plan into the instructional design,combine the learning and application of legal knowledge for students and analysis of reasons about the problems in the process and look for countermeasures to the issues,for example the third box content in "Protecting the Rights of Consumers" from Safeguarding Our Legitimate Rights and Interests,lesson 10,grade 8. |
