Young students are the nation's future and hope.The level of their rule of law is related to the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.Since the eighth session of the Fourth Plenary,Party and national departments have paid great attention to the problem of the education of the rule of law and the moral construction of young people.At present,the "moral and rule of law" discipline,which is the most important position for the education of the rule of law for junior high school students,is a comprehensive discipline that focuses on moral education.Its comprehensiveness determines that it must not only assume the important task of education by law,but also shoulder the important tasks of ideological and moral education,mental health education,and basic national conditions education.In the context of this “one-sector-plus-duty”education,through field surveys on the status quo of law education in six middle schools in Jiangmen City through questionnaires and interviews,it was discovered that after many years of hard work,Jiangmen City's area is suitable for young people.Although the rule of law education has achieved some success,but there are still some deficiencies.These deficiencies are mainly concentrated in the four aspects of “country”,“school”,“teacher”and “student's individual”.The teaching resources and supervision and management mechanisms are not perfect.Schools need to improve their teaching and management.Some teachers are lagging and inflexible in their teaching methods.Few students lack interest and confidence in learning.In addition,factors such as family and social environment are also important aspects affecting the legal education of junior high school students.Based on the survey results,in the future,to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education,first of all,the state should vigorously develop the productive forces,promote the rational allocation of educational and teaching resources between urban and rural areas,and at the same time,effectively supervise the specific implementation of the school's rule of law teaching activities;Increase the proportion of full-time legal teachers and create a strong legal learning atmosphere.Third,teachers should also flexibly usevarious teaching strategies and methods to increase counseling for students' learning psychology.Finally,students themselves must also increase their emphasis on the law.Efforts to enhance your own learning confidence.In addition,parents should also pay attention to the rule of law education for children,and work hard to coordinate with the school's teaching work.
