The fourth Plenary session of the eighteenth central committee of the Communist party of China(CPC)proposed that the country should be ruled by law in an all round way,The Communist party of China(CPC),at its 19th national Congress,put forward the idea of integrating legal education into all stages of school education and improving the legal and moral quality of the whole nation.On March 11,2018,the 13th National People’s Congress of China,adopted at its first meeting,<the amendment to the constitution of the people’s Republic of China>.In the amendment,the law education will be changed into rule of the law education,and in the key period of China’s socialist modernization and the construction of the country under the rule of law,junior middle school students will always be one of the key cultivation targets.Relying on junior middle school,moral and legal courses,the legal education of junior middle school students can be moulded,cultivated,corrected the personality of middle school students,and prevent and reduce the illegal crimes of junior high school students.He said that the Chinese government has always attached great importance to the development of the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries.In the course of morality and legal system in junior middle school,strengthening the teaching of legal education is a practical,effective and most acceptable way of legal education.It is also a key point in the great system of ruling the country according to law,and it is also a directive to build a strong,prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power.It is sufficient to foresee the many difficulties and challenges it faces.The fourth Plenary session of the eighteenth central committee of the Communist party of China(CPC)proposed that the country should be ruled by law in an all round way.In the course of morality and legal system in junior middle school,strengthening the teaching of legal education is a practical,effective and most acceptable way of legal education.It is also a key point in the grand system of governing the country,It is also a time for building a strong,prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power,which can foresee many difficulties and challenges it faces.The paper uses the previous research results as support and support,and uses literature research,interview,observation research,text analysis and other methods to get the moral and legal lesson of junior middle school.The objectives,functions,existing major problems,causes of problems and the principles and countermeasures for dealing with them are studied in detail.The study shows that moral and legal education is a compulsory course in the compulsory education system,and it is the main position of legal education.He is also a junior middle school student,who has systematically studied legal knowledge and initially cultivated the main channel of rule of law literacy.However,due to the incomplete evaluation system of legal education in some junior middle schools,the lack of legal literacy among some teachers and the lack of awareness of subject participation among students,teaching materials cannot meet the needs of actual teaching,This has led to the inefficient teaching of legal education,which is unable to truly realize,improve the legal literacy of junior middle school students,promote the rule of law and cultivate the function of the foundation of the rule of law.At present,in the course of moral and legal system in junior middle school and legal education section teaching,there are educational background,showing two reinforcement and two weakening trends,and the educational results are not satisfactory.The legal consciousness of junior high school students is weak.To improve the moral and legal system courses in junior middle school,the effectiveness of legal education plate teaching,and the goal of curriculum standards,as well as the realization of practical teaching objectives in legal education,We must follow the principle of combining legal education with moral education,teacher guidance with students’ self-study,rule of law theory with social practice.In addition,efforts should be made to improve and improve the teaching evaluation system of legal education,to improve teachers’ awareness of the rule of law,and to optimize the path of legal education,so that students can learn to educate themselves and play the main role.And ultimately improve teaching effectiveness.It is hoped that through this paper,the teachers’ comprehensive accomplishment can be improved effectively,and it can also provide the direction and teaching reference for relevant teachers to carry out legal education.
