Delayed after-school services have become a hot topic in recent years.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on Doing a Good Job in after-school services for primary and secondary school students".After the "Opinions" were released,primary schools in various regions of the country actively responded to national policy calls and explored new models of after-school services.This study is based on stakeholder theory,collaborative governance theory,and quasi public product theory,using literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods.Taking an experimental primary school in H district of H city as an example,the current implementation status of after-school services in the experimental primary school in H district is investigated.Based on questionnaire survey data and interview records,the problems and causes of after-school services in the experimental primary school are analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed,In order to provide some relatively reasonable decision-making references for the after-school service work of other primary schools in H district of H city.The investigation on the current situation of delayed after-school services in experimental primary schools in H district belongs to the empirical research section.This part of the content is based on the survey questionnaire and interview outline,and the results are analyzed from the parent version and teacher version of the questionnaire,respectively.The dimensions of the questionnaire mainly include the positioning,cognition,needs,impact,satisfaction,suggestions,etc.of after-school delayed services.According to the analysis,the experimental primary school in H district has the following problems:firstly,there is a lack of management and low quality of after-school delayed services;secondly,there is a shortage of teaching staff and low enthusiasm for teacher participation;thirdly,there is a lack of facilities,equipment,and activity venues for after-school services.Chapter 4 proposes solutions:firstly,to increase policy promotion efforts and clarify the responsibilities of different subjects;Secondly,we need to cultivate strong teachers and strengthen the professional teaching staff;Thirdly,we need to establish and improve the management system for after-school delayed services,and increase funding investment;The fourth is to actively develop after-school service resources and enrich the form of course content. |
