As the first big data comprehensive pilot zone in China,Guizhou is firmly and vigorously promoting the strategic action of big data,promoting economic and social development with the "digitalization of everything and the integration of wisdom",promoting the integration of enterprises with the "big data +",and exploring a path of transformation and upgrading for traditional industries.We will continue to promote new industrialization,new urbanization,agricultural modernization and tourism industrialization empowered by big data.As the largest local big data industry in Guizhou province,YSGZ company shoulders the great mission of provincial government information.This paper takes THE YSGZ smart campus computer room construction project as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of project schedule management,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts and theories of schedule management.Secondly,through literature research and interview methods,it is found that there are problems such as unreasonable responsibility division,unreasonable planning and imperfect management mechanism in the schedule management of the project.After finding the problem,based on the complexity and characteristics of project construction,the critical chain method is proposed to optimize the project schedule.In the planning stage,the work tasks of the project are decomposed again,and the reasonable duration of the process is proposed by combining the historical data of similar projects with expert evaluation,which makes the estimation of the process duration more accurate and further balances the resource conflicts.In terms of buffer setting,the influence factor of process,resource stress,task complexity and risk elasticity coefficient are considered to make buffer setting more reasonable.Finally determine the project schedule based on the critical chain method,and put forward the project schedule optimization plan implementation safeguard measures.Through the research on the optimization of the construction schedule of smart campus computer room project based on the critical chain method,the project schedule can be better managed,and the uncertain factors in the project implementation can be prevented and dealt with to ensure the smooth completion of the project.It has reference value for solving similar problems in the second phase of the project and other projects in the future. |
