Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s online education industry,the scale and number of online education software projects are also rising.With the increasing complexity and scale of online education software projects,problems such as long duration,resource conflict and project delay often occur in the implementation process of projects.In this case,to effectively control the progress of online education software project and ensure the completion of the project on schedule has become the focus of the current online education software project schedule management research.Taking the software development project of online small class platform of Z Company as an example,this paper expounds the current situation of the software development project of online small class platform of Z company,analyzes the characteristics of the software development project of online small class platform,and combs the problems of unreasonable project schedule,frequent change of schedule and out of control of schedule management in the early stage of the software development project of online small class platform Key problem.In order to solve the problems existing in the early implementation of online small class platform software development project,this paper proposes to optimize the progress management process of online small class platform software development project by using key chain technology,including the formulation of project schedule and the design of optimization scheme,the implementation of optimization scheme and the implementation effect test of optimization scheme.Online small class platform software development project schedule planning and optimization design consists of two parts: project schedule planning and buffer setting and calculation.In the online small class platform software development project schedule development,WBS decomposition of the project content,preparation of the project schedule,balance resource conflicts,determine the key chain of the project.In the buffer setting and calculation,considering the uncertainty of link characteristics and project characteristics,entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are used to calculate the uncertainty coefficient of each activity,and root variance formula is used to calculate the buffer time of each link.In the implementation of the optimization scheme,the optimized online small class platform software development project schedule is controlled from the aspects of technology,project process system,project internal and external communication management and project reward and punishment mechanism.Finally,the implementation effect of the schedule optimization scheme of online small class software development project is tested.The actual completion time of the project using the critical chain method is 263 days,which is 31 days shorter than the CPM/PERT plan in the early stage of the project.Within the 280 days of the plan time set by the business department,the project is delivered on schedule.Therefore,the application of critical chain technology in the online small class software development project can solve the problems existing in the early progress management of the project and ensure the completion of the project on schedule.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also play a reference role in the progress management of similar software projects of other online education companies.
