Research On Progress Management Of X Informatization Project Based On Critical Chain

In China,educational informatization is still in its infancy,which is characterized by the difficulties of cross industry cooperation and schedule management.In particular,enterprises often lack relevant industry experience.Moreover,this is due to the lack of scientific planning of the work related to the project team and consideration of the opposition between the actual project resources.The above problems are directly related to the confusion of project schedule management and the delay of X project development.Scientific and effective management of its progress is needed to improve the management problems existing in the development process of educational informatization project.Firstly,according to the existing literature theory,this paper discusses the related research situation at home and abroad.Then describe the organizational structure of the relevant personnel in the development of X project and the actual management plan,analyze and find out the problems.The author has used WBS task decomposition technology and critical chain project management method to conduct reasonable analysis,logical separation and management of project tasks,improve X project schedule management plan,and improve the project delay caused by resource conflicts and uncertain factors in project schedule management.Finally,the results obtained by using the relevant methods are shown.In this paper,we find that optimizing project schedule management by critical chain method has a positive impact on shortening the project cycle.The project is suitable for the management mode based on critical chain,provides theoretical guidance and practical template of X project management,and provides research basis for improving the project management of other similar projects.
