Project management is crucial to the success or failure of the project itself.Good management can increase operating efficiency,save manpower resource,and cut down the cost of the project.The object of this research is the administrative system of School A,applying scientific management techniques to create and design the project schedule;at the same time,providing constantly monitoring and improvement to insure that the project will be completed in time.The research starts with analyzing the functions and structures of the project to divide work steps and estimate time of completion.Gantt Chart and CPM/PERT are implemented in the research to set up primary project plan;next,Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)is adopted to identify the critical chain of this project;then,the project buffer is set up to solve the problem on resource conflicts and improve the overall project schedule.Finally,Monte Carlo Simulation is used to analyze the optimized results,and the analysis shows affirmative outcome.Lastly,S-Curve is applied to monitor the project performance in real process;it further approves that the feasibility of optimizing project management.
