Research On Application Of Critical Chain Method In H Project Schedule Management

A school is Guangdong province and the Ministry of agriculture to build a "211 Project" University,which belongs to the high level of the University of Guangdong province.The construction of educational information is the core content of the modernization construction of colleges and universities.The level of educational information has become an important symbol of the comprehensive strength of the school and the level of modernization.In order to promote the development level of school education,it is very important to carry out the overall development of information construction.As the H project of A information construction in supporting the project,it is a data information service platform,the school system is mainly the various established integrated,such as educational management system,OA system for the integration of resources,give full play to the important role of education information support and leading the innovation of school development.First of all,the paper describes the related features of H data information service platform.Secondly,making use of critical path method H initial project plan,which developed by WBS and H estimation of each project's development process of the whole project duration,to find out the critical path;analyze the possible problems in the management of H project.Third,due to the traditional critical path planning,just a single time to consider the factors,ignoring the impact of resources,is not conducive to the development of our project.Therefore,we have introduced the key chain method in this foundation,has carried on the careful analysis to the project development process to produce the various resources restraint,has joined the buffer management,to the project initial plan to carry on the optimization.The optimized project duration is more scientific and reasonable than the initial period of the initial plan,which has a guiding significance for our project.Finally,the establishment of a set of progress building security system,such as the deepening of the school information construction awareness,build communication mechanism to provide a strong support for the progress of the H project management,to ensure the completion of the project schedule.This study provides a new idea for the school's information construction project schedule management,and provides some experience reference for other similar projects in the future.
