| Due to its large scale,long construction period,large number of personnel,materials and funds involved,and many force majeure and influencing factors,housing construction projects can not be completed on schedule,which makes the owners and construction units suffer losses to varying degrees,Therefore,the research on schedule management of such projects is always a difficulty in many aspects of project management.This article takes the construction project of the S school training base as the research object,aiming at the S school is located in the northeast,across the winter,the construction period is long;the campus is in use,the construction site is narrow;the budget is limited;the construction process and the construction personnel cannot affect the school’s Normal teaching order;special problems such as the large span of the project structure and the high degree of difficulty in construction.The relevant theories of project schedule and control are used to analyze and study the actual progress of the construction project of the S school training base.This article first introduces the research background and research significance of the S school training base construction project,analyzes the related theories and methods of project schedule management,and studies the content of the S school training base construction project,key factors affecting the project schedule and implementation on this basis Difficulties,etc.,determine the project work breakdown structure,the logical relationship of the work,and the estimation of working time.With the help of the double-code network diagram and Gantt chart,the project schedule is formulated,and the project schedule is optimized by studying the cost and cost on the critical path and reasonably compressing the construction period.In the process of project implementation,the earned value method is used to monitor the progress,analyze the causes of deviations in time,put forward reasonable suggestions and make effective adjustments,and then adopt organizational,technical,resource,seasonal and other safeguards to ensure that the S school training base The construction project can be successfully completed within the contract period.This paper applies the theory of project schedule management to find a set of schedule management model suitable for housing construction projects,including schedule formulation,schedule optimization,schedule monitoring and schedule guarantee measures.According to this model,the initial progress of the project is monitored and adjusted,so that the project can proceed smoothly according to the expected plan,The project can not be completed on schedule due to poor planning and control,avoid the respective risks of both parties,and provide reference for other similar projects. |
