Large public buildings generally have the characteristics of long construction cycle,complicated work,many interested parties and great technical difficulties.Among them,the construction cycle of stadium buildings is generally long.Taking the construction cycle of more than 60000 well-known sports venues built or built at home and abroad in recent five years as an example,the general construction cycle is more than 40 months,the actual construction period of more than 50 months is also very common.Affected by various factors,it is also easy to delay the progress.In order to ensure the holding of the 31 st Universiade in June 2021,the F sports center project,which is the research object of this paper,needs to be completed within28.3 months,which is faster and more efficient than similar completed projects.Therefore,the project It is proposed to use the rapid construction technology in the construction industry to improve construction efficiency.Based on the actual situation of the project and the applied technology,combined with the problems existing in the progress management,it is necessary to analyze and study the optimization and improvement of the progress management of the F project to ensure the realization of the project progress goal,and summarizes the progress management methods and experience of stadium construction worthy of promotionBased on similar project schedule management issues,this paper analyzes the main problems that restrict the realization of the F Sports Center project schedule goals: the average advanced level construction period in the industry cannot meet the construction period objectives,and there are many problems and challenges in the progress control management process.Introducing rapid construction technologies such as prefabricated design,industrialized construction,BIM technology,and smart site technology to optimize the schedule and improve traditional project schedule management methods.First,the construction period must be compressed to the target construction period in the planning process,and then in the progress control.Improve management efficiency and optimize management methods in management,and propose effective progress guarantee measures to ensure the realization of project progress management goals.Combined with the actual situation of the project,establish a WBS table,arrange key work sequences,identify key routes,estimate the construction period with the three-time estimation method,and then use the expert review method to optimize the schedule,so that the planned construction period meets the project construction period target.Then,using rapid construction technologies such as BIM and smart construction sites to improve the traditional progress management method,improve the efficiency of progress inspection,optimize the progress deviation analysis method and related progress deviation correction method based on the earned value method EVM,and finally summarize the effective progress for the F project.The safeguard measures will ultimately ensure that the F project successfully completes the construction period target,and at the same time achieves good social and economic benefits.The application of rapid construction technology in F project schedule management has certain reference significance for improving the schedule management level of large public buildings. |
