| Labor education is weakened in the school,softened in the family and weakened in the society.For a long time,people have taken education as a means to realize the entrance to university and find a high-paying job.Examnation-Oriented education clutches,labor education is to help alleviate this behavior occurs.Quality-oriented education and exam-oriented education seem to be contradictory.In fact,if both of them are regarded as the unity of means and ends of helping others to develop and improve themselves,the contradiction between them can be alleviated to some extent,and the three modernization problems of labor education will be alleviated.Therefore,in order to solve the problem that labor education is not carried out normally in school,society and family and cannot give full play to its educational value,we need to start with the change of educational purpose.As a special kind of education,labor education takes the purpose of education as the basic direction and the realization of the unique value of labor as the specific direction.Based on the existentialism of education and Marx’s theory of labor education,the basic purpose of labor education should be to help others to form a dialectical and unified labor view of freedom and obligation,and the ultimate goal is to help others to learn the method of self-perfection and move towards self-perfection.Them back to the purpose of education through labor,and found that it is the essence of teacher education,students learn labor set free and compulsory labor in one form of labor,and the education of labor as should exist in the education practice as the main way of education,teacher education and students’ learning labor as labor education content is very appropriate.In order to realize that teachers can lead by example to realize the educational nature of labor education and students can have a passion for labor,teachers’ right of free education and students’ right of free learning should be respected.The purpose of evaluation is to promote improvement and perfection.As a generative being,human beings cannot be prevented from normal generation by fixed evaluation standards.The qualitative evaluation method not only takes care of the generative characteristics of human beings,but also plays a corresponding role to the purpose of labor education.When labor education can choose the purpose,content and method of combining with the law of human development and the law of education development,its educational value will be truly convincing,and the three changes will be overturned. |
