Study On The Upgrading Strategy Of The Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement Project In Wali Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As an important strategy in China,rural revitalization provides a series of policies and financial support for the improvement of rural human settlements.The renovation of rural human settlements is an inevitable way to solve the backwardness of rural environment,and an important part of realizing ecological livability in rural areas.Only by constantly exploring new methods to improve the rural living environment and improving the appearance of “Dirty and messy” in rural areas can we lay a good foundation for the development of rural civilization and industry,and finally achieve the goal of increasing farmer’s income and improving their quality of life.Through the analysis of the improvement project of the rural human settlement environment in Wali town,it is found that the improvement of the rural human settlement environment in Wali town has achieved certain results,but it is still far from the goal of ecological livability.On the field of PDCA theory,this paper analyzes the four stages of the plan making,the plan execution,the check and the summary of the improvement of the rural human settlement environment,three factors affecting the progress of the project are found: lack of long-term financial support,low enthusiasm of villagers to participate,lack of long-term management mechanism of environmental renovation.By means of on-the-spot investigation,case analysis and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the progress of the rural Human Settlements Improvement Project in Wali town,reasonable solutions are proposed and optimized:Developing village collective economy according to local conditions,guiding villagers to participate in environmental governance in various forms,to form a good situation of multi-coordinated governance,formulate relevant laws and regulations,establish longterm management mechanism of environmental governance.By summarizing the successful practice and experience of the rural human settlement environment renovation project in the town of Wali,it can provide reference and help for other similar rural areas to carry out the rural human settlement environment renovation.Figure9;Table10;Reference 58...
