Study On The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment In S Town

"Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way" and "building a livable and beautiful village" have been put forward in the report of the 20 th National Congress.Rural revitalization is an effective part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and a key step of Chinese modernization.Accelerating environmental improvement,and creating a livable rural environment is an important task of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Since the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to rural living environment.In 2018 and 2021,it launched the Three-year Action Plan for Renovation of Rural Living Environment and the Five-year Action Plan for Renovation and Upgrading of Rural Living Environment(2021-2025)respectively,which proposed to speed up the renovation of rural living environment,to help the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and to realize farmers’ yearning for a better life as soon as possible.Based on the situation of S Town,this thesis studies the current situation of its renovation,and the research results are hoped to provide reference for the renovation of human settlements,meanwhile,provide theoretical support for promoting rural environmental in related areas.On the basis of defining the related concepts of rural living environment and its renovation,this thesis reviews the theories of rural living environment renovation.Practical research and questionnaire analysis methods are used,so as to understand the renovation status in S Town,and analyze the problems and possible reasons in the renovation process.Although some achievements have been made in S town in recent years,there are still many shortcomings: the planning layout lacks overall and systematic implementation;the renovation of rural living environment is regionally unbalanced;the main role of villagers is still inadequate;and the managing effect lacks stability and sustainability,etc.Go into seriously for reason,it mainly includes imperfect collaborative governance patterns,unsound supervision and management mechanisms,and insufficient investment in renovation funds.Based on this,this thesis puts forward some suggestions: First,strengthen organizational development;Second,improve the governance mechanism;Third,improve villagers’ subjective consciousness;Fourth,raise funds from multiple sources.
