Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Living Environment Improvement Diversified In Aoping Town

With the development of Chinese society,the continuous improvement of national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the improvement of rural living environment is becoming more and more important in the rural construction content,and is the foundation of economic development,people’s livelihood guarantee and social harmony.The departments developed by various provinces and cities for the construction of rural living environment have gained a lot of experience and achieved a lot of results in the grassroots work.However,with the development of the country,the people’s requirements for living standards are becoming higher and higher,and many new problems are constantly presented in the process of the construction of rural living environment.Therefore,with the help of Aoping Town,Pengzhou City,Chengdu,taking the diversification of rural human settlements as the research direction,this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems,causes and countermeasures in the process of diversification of rural human settlements in Aoping Town,Pengzhou City,and provides theories and strategies for rural human settlements remediation in the future.This paper studies the diversification rectification process of rural human settlements in Aoping Town,Pengzhou City,Chengdu,adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,and combines a large number of data formed during the work to carry out the research.Based on the theory of rural governance and the theory of villager autonomy,this paper takes the diversification rectification of rural human settlements in Aoping Town,Pengzhou City,Chengdu,as the research object.Based on the pluralistic connotation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the pluralistic rectification process of grassroots rural living environment,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for reform and improvement from the two aspects of state power and rural society.Based on the above methods,this paper analyzes that the grass-roots departments in Aoping Town of Pengzhou City have played their due roles in the diversification rectification in recent years,and achieved good results.However,there are also a series of problems,such as the failure to perform some government functions effectively,the contradiction between organizations,and the lack of confidence of farmers in the diversification rectification.Further study found that the traditional system,the establishment of institutions is not reasonable,financial resources are not reasonable division of the causes of the above problems at the government level;As far as village organizations and social organizations are concerned,the contradictions and their own reasons are also important reasons for the problem.At the same time,in the aspect of villager autonomy,the ideological construction of farmers themselves,the lack of social organizations representing the interests of farmers,and related systems also make the problems of pluralistic rectification frequent.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper thinks that we should first start from the government departments as a whole,the main measures include standardizing the idea of the government and integrating the public fund resources.Secondly,the principal position of each organization should be strengthened in pluralistic rectification,and the contradictions at all levels should be changed from contradiction control to contradiction management.Third,we should strengthen the ideological construction of farmers,establish two rural governance systems,and further promote rural governance.
