Research On Countermeasures For Improving Rural Human Settlement Environment In Y County, Shandong Provinc

As the foundation of human’s existence and development,the importance of living environment is self-evident.Especially in the vast rural areas of China,the living environment is not only the basic conditions for the production and living of rural residents,but also the key to promote the development of rural industries,achieve common prosperity and improve the happiness of rural residents.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society in our country,many changes have taken place in all aspects of rural areas.Especially after the action of rural environmental remediation carried out,the rural environmental quality has been greatly improved compared with the past.However,due to the large amount of tasks,wide area,relatively weak infrastructure in rural areas,it is difficult to comprehensively promote the improvement of human living environment,coupled with rural residents’ adherence to traditional ideas,bad living habits and other factors.The appearance that,some rural areas are still dirty,messy and poor still commonly exists.Therefore,the improvement of environmental quality in rural areas is still a problem that needs urgent attention and solution from all walks of life.This paper takes the rural areas of Y County in Shandong Province as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field interview to carry out investigation in 12 villages in 4 towns of Y County.Before visiting the villages and towns to carry out the research,I listened to the suggestions of colleagues who were,responsible for the improvement of rural living environment,and selected 12 "Three type villages"(including Shifan villages,Chuangyou villages and Qiangji villages),and selected 120 resident villagers for questionnaire survey.20 Grassroots township cadres who had participated in the action of rural environment improvement for interview.In order to understand the status quo of rural living environment improvement in Y County,working promotion measures,villagers’ satisfaction opinions and suggestions.By combing and summarizing the questionnaire and field interview data,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the difficulties existing in the improvement of rural living environment in Y County,points out the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the improvement of rural living environment in Y county combined with the actual situation of Y County.By taking Y County in Shandong Province as an example,the paper makes an investigation and analysis of it,and concludes that there are some problems in the renovation work of rural human living environment in Y County,such as insufficient attention,large gap in renovation fund,unreasonable planning and so on.In view of the problems existing in Y County,this paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of rural human living environment in Y County by using the theoretical basis of multi-center governance theory and collaborative governance theory in the aspects of respecting the principal status of villagers,broadening the source channels of renovation funds,and doing a good job in scientific planning.
