Problems And Countermeasures In The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment In E Town, D District, Jilin Province

To improve the rural human settlement environment is an important task for the construction of the new rural development system with Chinese characteristics,at the same time.It is pushing governance of rural living environment positively that is a major step of realizing rural sustainable development.It is about interest of villagers themselves and construction of ecological civilization in China.At present,the level of rural living does not meet the development needs of the villagers.At present,living environment in rural areas,especially in remote mountainous areas,needs to be improved.In some areas,garbage is everywhere,weeds grow on both sides of the road,water pollution is serious and so on,which affect the quality of life of farmers,rural living environment can not meet the development needs of villagers.In order to widen the channels about environment governance of rural living environment and further beautifying rural living environment,Firstly,by literature reading,analysis and comparison,the author can understand the current research situation and development about governance of rural living environment at home and abroad.Secondly,I mainly analyse governance of rural living environment in E-country from nature,country sanitation,infrastructure and put forward some problems including lack of villagers' cognition to the construction of governance of rural living environment,a governance blind spot in trans-regional environmental problems,not explicit principal body duties in governance of rural living environment,the poor infrastructure construction of living environment,not effectively stopping individual acts of destruction of the living environment,the rebound momentum of the problems in governance of living environment.Thirdly,Using comparative analysis,I study the advanced experience in environment governance of rural living environment and get some experience.At last,I put forward some strategies about the laws and regulations,the system mechanism in villagers' understanding of governance of rural living environment,improving the relevant laws and regulations and strengthening the effectiveness of policies on the ground,Establishing and improving the overall planning system and implementation mechanism,further improving the institutional structure of villages and towns.
