Study On Renovation Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In X Town

The improvement of rural living environment is the core content of building an ecologically livable and beautiful countryside,and also an important component of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the improvement of rural living environment.From the 2008 National Rural Environmental Protection Work Teleconference,it was requested to carry out comprehensive improvement of rural environment.In 2015,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China first proposed the "rural residential environment improvement",and then successively issued the "Three Year Action Plan for Rural Residential Environment Improvement","Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)","Five Year Action Plan for Rural Residential Environment Improvement(2021-2025)" and other documents,calling for the solid promotion of rural residential environment improvement.After several years of rectification,China’s rural living environment has made significant progress,but there are also some problems that need further improvement and optimization.This article is based on the specific situation of rural living environment governance in X Town,Pizhou City,Jiangsu Province.Through literature research,on-site research,and mass interviews,it analyzes and summarizes the rural living environment governance work in X Town,Pizhou City,Jiangsu Province,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the rural living environment governance work in X Town and other places.The governance of rural living environment includes four parts: pollution governance,road governance,village governance,and other governance.X Town has taken multiple measures in rural living environment governance,including establishing advanced management models,establishing sound long-term mechanisms,governing rural roads,squares,and rural houses,constructing sewage treatment plants and laying rainwater and sewage pipelines,improving water and toilets,and greening and lighting work,which have greatly improved the living environment of X Town in Pizhou City.However,through in-depth research,it has been found that X Town in Pizhou City has achieved significant improvement in rural living environment governance,There are also prominent issues such as incomplete and ineffective governance systems for rural living environments,insufficient funding for infrastructure construction,chaotic and disorderly governance work,government driven governance work,and insufficient public participation.Through research,it has been found that the main causes are a shortage of talent in rural residential environment governance,a single source of governance funds,gaps,a lack of planning and supervision in governance work,and a low awareness of public ownership and independent participation.On the basis of analyzing and drawing on the experience of improving rural living environment in advanced counties and cities in China,this study proposes four suggestions: strengthening the construction of talent teams for rural living environment governance,strengthening financial investment and supervision,improving rural infrastructure construction,improving the planning and supervision system for rural living environment governance,increasing publicity efforts,and encouraging villagers to actively participate.The research results of this article provide useful references for the city to further improve the regulation of rural living environment.
