Study On The Governance Of Rural Human Settlements In West Town Of Youxi County

Issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and the wellbeing of farmers have always been the focus of rural work.As the basis of rural production and life,rural living environment has attracted more and more attention in the community-level governance.With the development of economy and society,the problems of rural human settlements have also become the focus of grassroots governance.Therefore,the government has launched a three-year campaign to remediate the rural living environment,aiming to solve the problems existing in rural living environment.During the rectification period,government departments have adopted a series of measures.Although they have achieved certain results,some problems have also arisen.To further improve the effectiveness of rectification,it is necessary to transform government functions and build a diversified governance mechanism for government,market,and public participation.This paper focuses on the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy and the construction of beautiful and livable villages.First of all,with the background of the three-year campaign to improve rural living environment,the research ideas and methods adopted in the full text are explained,and the new public management theories and public product theories related to this article are sorted out.Secondly,in view of the current situation of environmental improvement in Xicheng Town,You xi County,including village planning,public participation,"toilet revolution",farm house improvement,rural sewage treatment,and domestic waste treatment,the paper summarizes the effectiveness of Xicheng’s human settlement environment improvement,and put forward some thoughts on the problems of village planning divorced from reality,Low mass participation,greater resistance to policy implementation,remediation work area with large differences,remediation effect that is difficult to maintain for a long time,and carry out relevant reason analysis;Finally,it proposes countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the improvement of the living environment in Xicheng Town from aspects such as optimizing the layout of villages,improving the pertinence of publicity,developing rural characteristic industries,improving the efficiency of capital use,and building a collaborative governance mechanism.
