| Along with the continuous development and update of Internet technology,the way of information production and dissemination has changed by leaps and bounds,with traditional textual expressions shifting to diversified expressions such as graphics and videos.Among them,the short video medium is the prominent representative,presenting vivid and diverse ways,increasing entertainment and social attributes,etc.to a great extent,changing the way audiences get information and pulling in the distance between communicators and audiences based on the new media platform.In addition,with the explosion of information,audiences’ reading habits tend to be more and more fragmented.Short video communication is less restricted by time and space,and it can realize "short and quick" communication in a clear and three-dimensional form,which is in line with the current reading habits of audiences and relieves their information anxiety.With outstanding communication advantages,short videos have gained more and more audience attention.As the “Internet +” continues to develop in depth,the “Internet + government services” model has become more and more widely recognized.Against this backdrop,many government media have opened Douyin numbers in a bid to gain some influence.On August 1,2020,People’s Daily became the first Douyin with more than 100 million followers on the Douyin platform due to its official media attributes and natural advantages of resources and high quality of short videos.The outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 was a major crisis event and a test for China’s governmental Douyin.Based on this realistic background,this paper searched and collated relevant theories and data,and on this basis used a combination of content analysis,case study and case study methods to study governmental Douyin numbers in the crisis management perspective,selecting the head governmental Douyin number,People’s Daily,as the research object,and taking the crisis event of the New Crown epidemic as the entry point,it studied the Douyin number of People’s Daily in The study finds that there are problems with the rhythm,angle and frequency of interaction of the People’s Daily in the crisis management perspective,and proposes suggestions for optimizing moderate coverage,changing angles and focusing on interaction. |
