A Narrative Study Based On A Series Of Guangzhou City Image Short Videos Published By "Governmental Douyin Release"

The introduction of new policies,such as the Outline of The Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,has provided new ideas and directions for the construction of Guangzhou's urban image.At the same time,the media environment faced by guangzhou also changed dramatically.Short videos gained a strong momentum.After douyin became a "web celebrity city" in xi 'an,it almost became a trend for major cities and even township government departments to open douyin Numbers for government affairs.This paper takes short video as the research context,focusing on the key position of guangzhou city image construction and upgrading.Firstly,through systematic literature analysis and combing,the definition of government affairs Douyin,the representative of "Released in Guangzhou,China" and the development of Guangzhou city image are analyzed,and the construction value and significance of short videos on city image are analyzed.Then,through text analysis,this paper analyzes the existing narrative situation of short videos released in Guangzhou from the perspectives of macroscopic,domestic and international narrative themes,and microscopic,including narrative concept,narrative material selection,narrative structure and narrative plot.At the same time,to explore the narrative characteristics of guangzhou city image short video,publishes a short video for the guangzhou government affairs trill through narrative provides more ways to build the city image analysis,this study selected the "Shanghai","changsha release","dongguan release" thumb up 10000 100 short video,and article 37 guangzhou labels short video for text analysis.After that,based on the audience survey and the comparative analysis of narrative features of other cities,it is found that the short video released by Douyin on Guangzhou's government affairs has the following aspects in constructing the city image: the city information transmission is obvious;The classification of city image is simplified;City story tells flat desalination;Lack of temperature in urban characterization;The city atmosphere presents the rationalization and so on.Finally,this study puts forward the overall strategy,internal strategy and external strategy for the short video narration of Guangzhou government affairs.On the overall countermeasures,the city image should be clearly positioned,precipitation column topics;Create a distinct discourse system.The main strategy of internal construction is empathy,that is,to awaken the collective memory and get close to the life around.The main strategy of external construction is identity,that is,all-round release of information;Refined conception deduction;Build a global discourse..
