| Since the 21 st century,my country’s economic development has entered a leap period,and social and people’s livelihood issues have been greatly improved compared with the past.At the same time,the use of modern technology has also left a lot of hidden safety hazards to the society.Major safety accidents occur almost every year,and the "March 21" explosion accident in X County is a typical one.In terms of public crises,the role of the government as a manager is very important.The government assumes the responsibility for responding and the harm caused by public crises can be minimized.In the 2019 government work report,"Improve the national emergency response system and improve disaster prevention,mitigation and relief capabilities."
