Research On The Ability Enhancement Of Government’s Douyin In Managing The Public Opinions

The emergence of government affairs Douyin provides a new channel for the government to widely release authoritative information and orderly guide online public opinion.In the frequent online public opinion,only scientific and reasonable application of this method can give full play to its important role in the governance of online public opinion.However,the current government Douyin’s ability to participate in online public opinion governance still has many shortcomings.How to improve the government’s ability to participate in online public opinion governance has become an important issue for the government.Government Douyin’s ability to participate in online public opinion governance mainly consists of six aspects: monitoring and early warning capabilities,emergency response capabilities,coordination and linkage capabilities,public opinion guidance capabilities,government-civilian interaction capabilities,and credibility shaping capabilities.This article takes the new crown epidemic event as an example,from the perspective of life cycle theory,and based on the theory of public crisis management,constructs an empirical indicator system of government Douyin’s ability to participate in online public opinion governance,and collects empirical data using a combination of questionnaire surveys and sample surveys.An empirical analysis of the ability of government affairs Douyin to participate in the governance of online public opinion during the new crown epidemic incident.According to the analysis of the empirical results,the government affairs Douyin’s ability to participate in the online public opinion governance of the new crown epidemic has obvious insufficient monitoring and early warning capabilities,relatively weak coordination and linkage capabilities,urgent response capabilities,shortcomings in public opinion guidance capabilities,and relatively lack of political-civilian interaction capabilities,etc.The problem,and the analysis of the reasons for the insufficient production capacity is that government departments pay insufficient attention to government affairs Douyin,shortage of professional talents,backward technology in response to public opinion,and insufficient public opinion guidance effectiveness.Finally,this article puts forward measures such as strengthening government affairs Douyin public opinion monitoring and early warning capabilities,accelerating government affairs Douyin linkage capacity building,improving government affairs Douyin public opinion response speed,improving government affairs Douyin public opinion guidance level,strengthening government affairs Douyin interaction capacity building,etc.,with a view to correcting It is helpful to improve government Douyin’s ability to participate in online public opinion governance.
