ObjectiveThis study is based on the requirements of country policy for the construction of high-level dual-qualification teachers and the promotion of high-quality sustainable development of vocational colleges,as well as the current development dilemma of nursing dual-qualification teachers in vocational colleges and the needs of nursing talents training.What`s more,Through literature research and Semi-structured Interviews Method to investigate and understand the current situation and existing problems of dual-qualification nursing teachers and the training needs of nursing teachears in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,through delphi Method to explore the construction of a hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide some ideas and references for promoting the construction of dual-qualification nursing teachers,high-quality nursing talents training and the sustainable development of the vocational colleges.Methods1.Through literature research and Semi-structured Interviews,to understand the current situation and existing problems of the dual-qualification nursing teachers,and the training needs of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country.On this basis,through the theoretical basis of teachers’ career stages theory,we use the group discussions,brainstorming methods to initially constructed the framework of the hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.What`s more,through the pre-experiment,the content of each item is modified,added and deleted,so as to form the finally expert consultation.2.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and combined with expert opinions and group discussions,the content of items was revised and improved.Finally,the hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was determined.At the same time,the experts` general situation,the positive coefficient and the degree of authority are described and analyzed to demonstrate the reliability and scientificity of the results of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results1.Through literature review,we have understood the current development status of home and abroad vocational colleges in terms of definition,admission standard,training mode,training evaluation and training guarantee of dual-qualification nursing teachers.We find that there is still a lot of development space in the construction of domestic dual-qualification nursing teachers by using the development experience of foreign countries.What`s more,through Semi-structured Interviews metod,we have an deep understanding of the current situation and existing problems of dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country,as well as nursing teachers’ cognition and training needs for dual-qualification teachers.On this basis,these results lay a solid foundation for the construction of the hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.2.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the opinions of 21 experts tended to be the same.The recovery rates of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation forms were 100% and 95.5%.What`s more,the authoritative coefficients of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were 0.887 and 0.890.The Kendall Harmony Coefficient of expert opinion coordination is between 0 and 1(P<0.01).This indicates that the Delphi expert consultation results have certain reliability.3.The hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was finally determined.Among them,there are 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 123 third-level indicators in the primary dual-qualification nursing teacher training plan;there are 4 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators,and 119 third-level indicators in the intermediate dual-qualification nursing teacher training plan;there are 4 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators,and 121 third-level indicators in the advanced dual-qualification nursing teacher training plan.ConclusionsThis study uses the literature research method and Semi-structured Interview method to explore and understand the current situation and existing problems of the dual-qualification nursing teachers,and the training needs of nursing teachers in vocational colleges at home and abroad.At the same time,we combined with the group discussion method,brainstorming method and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to explore and construct the hierarchical training plan for dual-qualification nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.In general,the results are reliable and scientific,and it provides some ideas and references for promoting the professional development of dual-qualification nursing teachers,high-quality nursing talents training,and the sustainable development of the vocational colleges.
