[Objective]To build the talents training goal of higher vocational aged care and establish course system for the aged care personnel training in our country,the construction of aged care provide a basis for the personnel training mode aspects.Meanwhile,it could provide a reference for geriatric nursing education development in our country.Conducive to establish the two disciplines of China's elderly care.Eventually,helping the elderly nursing profession in China.[Methods]1.Through literature research,group discussion and other research methods,the formation of higher vocational nursing personnel training objectives and curriculum were set up a consultative framework.Then carrying on the preliminary experiment,further screening,modification and supplement to the consultation form,the expert consultation table was formed.2.The Delphi method was used for expert consultation.The JIE ZHI method was adopted for each round of expert evaluation of screening.Combining with experts opinion to finally determine the indicators.When experts tend to agree,expert advice was stopped.The general situation of experts used descriptive analysis.In order to ensure the reliability of expert advice,using expert positive coefficient and authority coefficient method to test.Using simple precedence chart to analyze the index weight.[Results]1.In the two finalrounds of expert consultation,all experts have bachelor degree or above.Expert authority coefficient reached more than 0.85.The expert questionnaire recovery efficiency were 92.59% and 96%.Furthermore,two rounds of expert consultation Kendall concordance coefficient(Kendall 's W)value was 0 ~ 1 and P values < 0.01.It showed that the experts had high reliability,authority,enthusiasm and credibility.2.Preliminary determined the talents training goal of higher vocational aged care:Including three primary goals--professional attitudes and values,basic nursing abilityand the core competence of aged care nursing,and fourteen secondary goals and three level targets which has sixty-eight items.3.The initial construction of the elderly nursing curriculum was made up of four course modules and two properties.Including the humanities and social science curriculum module with eight courses,public basic course module withthree courses,five courses for nursing basic course module,and the elderly nursing course module withfourteen courses.A total of required courses was 20 courses.Elective courses was10 courses.It was a total of 30 courses.All needed a total of 30 courses,including twenty compulsory courses and ten elective courses.[Conclusion]1.To determine the target system of senior nursing talents training in Higher Vocational colleges,the good professional attitude and value and paying attention to nursing profession basic ability training was urgently necessary.In addition highlighting the core ability of aged care specialist training was indispensable.Only in this way,can weimprove the basis for higher vocational geriatric nursing curriculum.2.It was integration of Humanities Curriculum.Outstanding geriatric nursing specialty courses.Focusing on professional frontier education.Finally,the construction of the curriculum of senior nursing.3.Building the talents training goal of higher vocational aged care and curriculum.Perfecting the aged care personnel training mode.It was conducived to the development of geriatric nursing.Improving the quality of aged care personnel training.Training for application oriented era development of professional talents.
