ObjectiveTo understand the curriculum requirements of clinical practice ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,construct the curriculum system of clinical practice ability training of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,and provide theoretical basis for improving the clinical practice ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.Methods(1)Through reviewing relevant literature and group discussion,the article of clinical practice ability training course system for nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges is formed.By using the method of purposive sampling 18 senior high vocational school nursing profession teachers,clinical nurse specialists,students about to graduate from vocational colleges or new nurses within 1 month,understanding higher vocational nursing teachers problems in clinical practice ability and the training needs,formation of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges a preliminary framework of clinical practice ability training course system.(2)25 experts were invited to carry out Delphi expert letter consultation on the preliminarily constructed training course system.Excel2021 was used to establish the database,and SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data.The representativeness and reliability of the expert letter consultation results were reflected by the positive coefficient,Kendall coordination coefficient,authority coefficient and variation coefficient of the experts.Finally,the curriculum system of clinical practice ability training for nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was established.(3)The clinical practice ability training course of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges constituted by this study was conducted for23 nursing teachers from various higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province for one month.At the end of the course,a self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ satisfaction.ResultsBased on the CBE theory,the expert correspondence was conducted for nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.A total of 25 experts completed two rounds of correspondence consultation,and the questionnaires were 100% recycled.In the first round,17 experts put forward their opinions,and in the second round,7 experts put forward their opinions.The expert authority coefficient(Cr)of the two rounds were 0.851 and 0.898 respectively.Kendall’s coefficients were 0.208 and0.214 respectively,which were statistically significant.After the modification of the items in the first round,the coefficients of variation of the items in the second round were all less than 25%.Finally,the curriculum system of clinical practice ability training for nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was determined,including 4 training modules,10 training objectives,16 training course contents,7 training forms and 4 training effect evaluation methods.The total training duration was one month,and the training duration of each course according to the content ranged from 2 to 160 class hours.The satisfaction survey of 23 trainees after training shows that the trainees are highly satisfied with all aspects of the course,and the degree of satisfaction is above relatively satisfied.ConclusionThis study was based on CBE theory,according to the practice of clinical nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges training needs and characteristics of the vocational ability,establishing the clinical nursing teachers practice training curriculum system in higher vocational colleges.After one period of teacher training practice,the degree of satisfaction is high,the curriculum is scientific and rigorous,and the training content is comprehensive and pioneering,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the standardized training of clinical practice ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.Figure 1,Tables 26,References 120...
