ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of nursing teachers' informationized teaching ability,the main influencing factors and the expectation of nursing teachers' informationized teaching,and to develop a training program that can improve nursing teachers' informationized teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.MethodsThis subject consists of three parts,and the following research methods are comprehensively applied:The first part was investigation and research.Using the survey method and the general information survey form and the information teaching ability table of nursing teachers as the survey tools,200 nursing teachers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were conveniently selected from 15 vocational and technical colleges with formal authorization points in Henan province.Relevant data were collected and statistically analyzed.The second part was qualitative research.Phenomenological method was adopted to understand the experience of 12 nursing teachers and 8 nursing students participating in informationized teaching in vocational nursing colleges through semi-structured interview.Colaizzi's qualitative data analysis method was used to explore the influencing factors of nursing teachers' informationized teaching ability.The third part: the proposal of training program,including training objectives,training content,training methods and assessment methods.ResultsThe first part: higher vocational college nursing teacher information teaching ability has certain enhancement.The total score of nursing teachers' informatization teaching ability in higher vocational colleges is(198.19± 27.07),which is above the average level.In the dimension of information professional practice,the higher the professional title,the higher the level of information professional practice.In the dimension of research and innovation of information-based teaching ability,the higher the educational background,the higher the research and innovation level of information-based teaching ability.The second part: qualitative research: interview recording the transcription of 12 nursing teachers,refined encodes the text theme,can be summarized as: to the informationization teaching ability insufficient cognition,the informationization teaching present situation,the teaching effect of the informatization evaluation and the influencing factors of the informationization teaching ability,to promote the informationization teaching ability.After the interview of 8 nursing students,the subjects were summarized as follows: insufficient cognition of information literacy,feelings of receiving information teaching,and nursing students' expectation of information teaching.The third part: the proposal of training program,including training objectives,training content,training methods and assessment methods.Conclusion1.According to the questionnaire on nursing teachers' informationized teaching ability,factors affecting informationized teaching ability can be measured,and targeted and feasible training programs can be developed.2.Have certain cognition to informationization teaching,but still have the phenomenon of insufficient cognition;The information-based teaching readiness of higher vocational nursing teachers needs to be improved urgently;It is urgent to construct a targeted training program for information-based teaching ability.3.Propose training programmes.
