ObjectiveTaking the teaching and research innovation ability of nursing young teachers as the starting point,based on the school-based training philosophy,persisting in the school-based,ability-oriented,and adapting to teachers' development needs,we must change the concept of vocational education,upgrade professional ethics,reform teaching methods,and improve the level of modern information teaching and research capabilities,the initial construction of vocational young teachers to enhance the ability to innovate school-based training program,is conducive to upgrading the level of vocational college nursing education,improve the quality of nursing personnel training,boosting the development of nursing education in China.Methods 1.All sorts of literature materials related to the creativity of young teachers were collected through literature research,theoretical research and other channels to offer a theoretical basis in order to build a school-based training trial scheme,then 53 young nursing teachers were selected as the respondents through a questionnaire method.From January to February 2017,the survey was conducted by means of using School-based training needs questionnaires,teachers' creative force forms,teachers' creative teaching behavior scales,and evaluation forms of core competences of nursing teachers,and the status quo of teachers' innovation capacities and School-based training needs were analyzed,providing a realistic basis for working out a school-based training trial scheme.Combined the theoretical basis with realistic basis,the school-based training trial scheme which meant to improve the innovation capacity of young teachers in vocational colleges was preliminarily built.2.Quasi-experiment study.50 young nursing teachers were selected as the objects of training,to apply the preliminarily built school-based training trial scheme to the training practice of innovation capacity of young nursing teachers with a total of two terms of training time.The promotion effect of innovation capacity of young nursing teachers would be evaluated by such three aspects as teachers themselves,supervision experts and students,which would further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the school-based training trial scheme.Results 1.A pilot scheme for school-based training of young nursing teachers in vocational colleges to improve their creativity was preliminarily built.The school-based training trial scheme which meant to improve the innovation capacity of young nursing teachers in vocational colleges was preliminarily built by majoring in the centralized training and supplementing the distributed training with different levels of cultivation under the guidance of teachers' professional development theory,adults learning theory,and life-long education theory.2.Effect of the school-based training scheme for young nurnsing teachers in vocational colleges 2.1 Comparison of young nursing specialty teachers' creativityAfter the training,the creativity total points of young nursing teachers and such four dimensions as knowledge innovation capacity,information technology capacity,flexible teaching ability and multi-assessment ability were higher than those before the training.The differences were of statistical significance(t=21.015,Z=-5.803?-5.946?-5.673?-5.570,P<0.05),while the difference of prospective thinking ability dimension before and after the training was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.2 Comparison of creative teaching behaviors for young nursing teachersAfter the training,the total points creative teaching behaviors of young nursing teachers and such four dimensions as learning guidance way,motive inspiration,opinion evaluation,and encouraging flexibility were higher than those before the training.The differences were of statistical significance(t=14.639?14.858?12.220?13.948?18.986,P<0.05).2.3 The comparison of core evaluation ability for young nursing teachersAfter the training,the total scores of core competences of young nursing teachers and such aspects as learning and reflecting ability,teaching and practical ability,assessment and evaluation strategy,curriculum design ability,scientific research activity capacity,revolution promotion ability,and occupational accomplishment were higher than those before the training(t=26.667?12.506?11.697?13.737?14.207?26.667,Z=-4.435?-5.220,P<0.05).The differences were of statistical significance,while the difference between management and leadership training before and after the training was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.4 Comparison of the evaluations between supervision experts and studentsPrior to the training,and at the end of the first and second terms of the training,the overall evaluation of the supervision experts towards the classroom performance of nursing youngsters and such four dimensions as teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method,and teaching effect were statistically significant in terms of their differences at different time points(F=192.12?38.854?23.50?35.504?23.310,P<0.05).The overall evaluation of students towards young nursing teachers and such dimensions' evaluation as imparting knowledge,educating people,and being a model for others were statistically significant in terms of their differences at different time points before the training and at the end of the first and second terms of the training(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.The school-based training scheme for creativity of young nursing teachers in vocational colleges was feasible and effective.2.In vocational colleges,once the school-based training scheme was implemented,it would effectively promote the creativity,creative teaching behavior and core competencies of young nursing teachers,enhance the nursing teaching level in vocational colleges and improve the nursing talent cultivation quality of vocational colleges.
