Clinical Observation Of Jingfang Zhisou Decoction In Treating Fenghan Xifei Syndrome Of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Jingfang Zhisou Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalant on patients with cough variant asthma(Fenghan Xifei Syndrome),this study provides new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of CVA with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The 70 patients eligible for inclusion in the study were grouped by random number,and the control group of 35 patients received conventional Western medicine treatment(budesonide formoterol powder inhalant).Observation group 35 people,in addition to the control group treatment Jingfang Zhisou Decoction.After 4 weeks of standardized treatment,the changes of cough symptom score,TCM syndrome score,lung function index,nitric oxide expiratory value and other indexes in both groups were compared before and after treatment,to evaluate the improvement,and to evaluate the safety of Jingfangshou decoction.Results:1.Comparison of scores of cough symptoms: The total scores of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the degree of decline in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The total scores of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed(P > 0.05)and were comparable.After treatment,the total scores of both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was more significant than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of lung function indexes: The lung function indexes of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed(P > 0.05)and were comparable.After treatment,the lung function values of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of observation group was more significant than control group(P < 0.05).4.Nitric oxide expiratory value(FeNO): The FeNO values of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed(P > 0.05)and were comparable.FeNO values of both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the degree of decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of observation group was 97.14% after treatment;The control group was 82.35%.After statistical analysis(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.6.Safety analysis: No obvious toxic side effects and adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the test,and the safety was good.Conclusion: Compared with Western medicine alone,Jingfang Zhisou Decoction combined with Western medicine has a more significant effect on CVA(Fenghan xifei syndrome),which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lung function,reduce airway hyperreactivity of qi,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.There are no obvious adverse reactions or non-toxic side effects in the treatment process,so it has good clinical application and promotion value.
